Ingredients

    1 tbs olive oil
    1 tbs flora buttery
    1 white onion
    1 red onion
    Garlic, 1 clove
    Sainsbury Tomato Puree, 260 grams
    Sacla Sun Dried Tomato Paste, 190 grams
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 2 tbsp
    Basil, 1/2 tbsp
    Oregano, ground, 1 tsp
    Salt, 1/2 tsp
    Granulated Sugar, 1/2 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1/4 tsp
    Fennel seed, 1 tsp, ground
    Water, a little as needed

Directions

In a large skillet, melt butter with the oil. Add the onion, celery and garlic and saute until soft and transparent.
Add tomato sauce and tomato paste and stir until smooth.
Add remaining ingredients and bring to slow simmer.
Simmer for 30-60 minutes (or not at all depending on your taste and time frame).
Remove the bay leaf and spread the sauce on your prepared pizza dough or through your pasta.

Freezes well
