Introduction

I have heard a lot about Thin Buns so I decided to try them today. Of course today happens to be pizza night for me so I made them into a taco pizza. It came in under 300 calories and was exactly what I was looking for. You may prefer to toast the bun before topping. I have heard a lot about Thin Buns so I decided to try them today. You may prefer to toast the bun before topping.

Ingredients

    1 Thin Bun
    1/4 c fat free refried beans
    2 tbsp taco sauce
    1/2 c iceberg lettuce, shredded
    1/2 c fat free cheddar cheese, shredded
    2 large black olives, diced
    1/4 c onions, chopped

Directions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Separate Thin Bun into the two halves on a cookie sheet. Spread half of refried beans on each side. Top with half the taco sauce, lettuce, olives, onions, and cheddar cheese, in that general order.

Bake in oven until cheese is melted about 10 minutes.
