    Yogurt, plain, low fat, 0.25 container (4 oz) (remove)
    Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned, 1 cup (remove)
    Paprika, 0.5 tbsp (remove)
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 breast, bone and skin removed (remove)


Put the yoghurt into a bowl and thin with a little water or milk.

Mix the breadcrumbs and paprika in another bowl.

Dip the chicken in the yoghurt and then in the breadcrumbs. Put in a baking tray on baking paper and bake for 20 mins in a medium oven until golden brown.

Serve with wedges and salad
