Ingredients

    This is a quick and easy sandwich to make in the mornings. Just cook an egg, get a slice of tomato and a slice of an avocado and put it all on an english muffin. I like mine with a little Tabasco or other hot sauce.

Directions

Other alternative ways to make this include using a whole wheat or multigrain english muffin, a bagel, using egg whites only or using eggbeaters.
