    6 medium potatoes
    2 T olive oil
    2 T garlic
    2 T Basil
    Salt & Pepper to taste


Heat oven to 350
cut potatoes
coat with oil & spices
place in nonstick metal baking dish
cover with foil & cut a 1" slit in the top
bake 45 minutes, midway through time.
