    * Corn Tortillas, 7 oz
    * La Victoria Enchilada Sauce, 1.5 cup
    * Sour Cream, reduced fat, 1 cup
    * Cheddar Cheese, 8 oz
    * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 125 grams
    * Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped


Mix all the cheese, sour cream, and veggies together and fill the tortillas. Place in a greased pan and then cover with the enchilada sauce. Cook at 375 for about 20 minutes.
