Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 2.6 pouch pink salmon skinless
    1/2 c chopped scallions sauted
    1/2 c canned mushrooms drained
    2 cups skim milk reserve 1/3 cup to mix cornstarch with
    1 cup cooked cauliflower
    10 sprays fat free liquid margerine
    1 tsp. white pepper
    1tsp. garlic powder


Directions

Spray heated medium cook pot with liquid margerine and add scallions and saute, add mushrooms,seasonings, 1 2/3 cups milk and bring to scalding not boiling. mix 2 tbsp cornstarch with 1/3 cup reserved milk then add to scalded mik and continue to stir till thickened. Add salmon and cauliflower and leave on low temp till cauliflower is warmed.
Serve right away. Carrots celery and hard cooked egg can be added but i was going for a real quick soup when i made this. makes 4 1 cup servings
