Ingredients

- 1 bunch of broccoli, separated into bite sized pieces
- 4 pork chops (whole OR cut into bite sized pieces.
- 1 can 1/2 fat cream of broccoli soup
- 1/2 can water
Directions
1) Brown pork chops in the pan
2) Add broccoli and cover for 2-3 minutes on low
3) Pour soup over chops and broccoli
4) Bring soup to a boil
5) Turn down to low and simmer at least 5 minutes.
Makes 4 servings (1 chop each or equivalant)
Great served over brown or wild rice.
