Ingredients

    2 cups shredded 2% cheddar cheese
    1 cups shredded mozzarella
    1 can cream of celery soup (98% fat free)
    1 can cream of potato soup
    2T butter, melted
    16oz lowfat sour cream
    24oz frozen shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed
    2T parmesan

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. In large bowl, stir together all ingredients except parmesan. Spread into sprayed 9x13 casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 60-65 minutes.

Makes 12 servings.
*Note - this is a lightened up version of my friend's recipe for cheesy potatoes, which is delicious but loaded even more with fat and calories.
