    1 15oz Pollyo part skim ricotta cheese
    2 oz of grated part skim mozzerella finely shredded (1/2 ounce reserved)
    1 jumbo egg
    1 tbsp of grated cheese
    tsp of garlic powder
    dash of pepper
    1 tsp of salt
    1 9 inch frozen pie crust (not a deep dish)


Preheat oven to 450. Poke holes in bottom with a fork put in oven for 5 minutes. Turn oven to 350. In a bowl mix riccotta, salt, pepper, garlic powder, 11/2 ounce mozzerella, egg and grated cheese. Pour into pie shell and bake for 30 minutes. Take out and sprinkle with remaining mozzerella and bake another 5 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool and Enjoy!!! Makes 8 slices.
