    11/2 cup egg substiute
    2oz shredded mozzerella
    1 10oz box frozen spinach (thawed and juice squeezed out)
    1/2 tsp olive oil
    1 tbsp chopped onion
    1 garlic clove
    1/4 chicken broth
    salt and pepper


Preheat oven 375. In a small sautee pan heat your oil add onion and cook for about 2 minutes add some of the chicken broth now add garlic and cook for another minute. Now add spinach and sautee add salt and pepper. Put to the side and let cool. In a bowl add egg, cheese and spinach(once cooled) mix together and pour into a greased glass pie plate. Bake for 35 minutes. Let cool and ENJOY!! Cut into 8 slices.
