    Chocolat Grand Fondant - 55% cacao, 200 grams
    Craisins 200 grams
    (Opt: any kind of nuts: peanuts, almonds, walnuts, pecans, etc.)


In a small pan, melt chocolate on low heat on burner. Do not let it come to a boil.

Once the chocolate has melted, add craisins (and, if you choose, nuts). The final product is supposed to be more a cluster of chocolate-covered craisins than a blob of chocolate with craisins in it.

Spoon mixture onto wax paper and cool/harden in freezer. Store in freezer or fridge to keep them crunchy.
