    10 strawberries, sliced into small pieces
    1 tbsp. sugar
    1 tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. honey


Place granulated sugar in sauce pan, melt and carmelize. Add strawberries and some water. Simmer. Add brown sugar and honey. Continue simmering. Add more water to thin mixture, simmer longer to thicken mixture.

Makes to servings. Use to top waffles, pancakes or evening ice cream. Goes well with fat-free cool whip.
