    2 Boneless, skinless chicken breast
    water to cover meat
    1/2 cup chopped onions
    1 cp skim milk
    1 cp self rising flour
    @1/2 cp water


place meat and onions into a 2 qt pot, cover with water and bring to a boil, reduce heat and coo until chicken is done. Mean while mix water slowly into flour until soft dough is formed. (dough will realease from sides of bowl) roll dough out @ 1/8 ich thick ( @ like pie crust). Allow dough to "rest 15 -20 min." Remove chicken from water and allow to cool.Add milk to stockand return to slow boil, cut dough into strips @ 2-3 inches long and @1 inch wide. Drop into boiling stock, stirring occasionally, tear chicken into pieces and return to stock. Reduce heat, cover and allow to simmer until dumplings are done. (@ 10-15 min.) Salt and pepper to taste
