Ingredients

Banquet brown n serve turkey sausage link, 2 serving (remove)
Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) (remove)
Mushrooms, cooked, 1.5 cup pieces (remove)
Onions, raw, 1.5 slice, thin (remove)
Baked Potato (baked potatoes), 1 potato (2-1/3" x 4-3/4") (remove)
Paprika, 1 tbsp (remove)
Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend, 4 tsp (remove)
Directions
Place potato in microwave to cook to soften it.
Slice mushrooms and onions and add to skillet with a small amount of water, simmer.
When onions are translucent add chopped tomato, diced sausage and diced potato.
Add 1 TBL Paprika and 1.5 TBL Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb
Cover skillet and let simmer for 5 min.
Place 3 slices of colby or cheddar slices on top, turn off stove, cover and let cheese melt into potato mixture.
Serve. Great way to start the day of a hard cardio workout! Will not be hungry for a long time.
