    1 frozen pie crust, thawed
    1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
    1 tablespoon flour
    1/2 cup onion, chopped
    15 ounce can chicken, drained
    1/2 cup peas, thawed
    3/4 cup egg substitute
    1 cup evaporated nonfat milk
    1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Toss cheese and onion with flour. Sprinkle chicken and peas on crust and sprinkle cheese-onion mixture on top. Combine and beat egg substitute, milk, garlic powder and pepper until well mixed. Pour over other ingredients in pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until set and top is brown. Let stand ten minutes before serving. Serves 6.
Baking time is extended if peas are still frozen and amounts are "generous" to 60 minutes.
