    16-oz premium lump crab meat
    1-cup Egg Beaters
    2-Tbsp fat-free mayo
    2-tsp Dijon mustard
    1/4-cup bread crumbs (optional)
    Old Bay seasoning to taste


fold ingredients together, being careful not to break the crab
divide into five cakes
spray hot teflon pan with olice oil
sear crab cakes, about 2 minutes per side
