Very easy to make and very sweet and moist. Very easy to make and very sweet and moist.
Number of Servings: 12


    1/2 cup blueberries
    1/2 cup raspberries
    2 cups flour
    1/2 cup splenda
    1/2 cup splenda brown blend
    1/2 cup quick oats
    1 cup unsweetened applesauce
    1/2 cup egg whites (2 servings)
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon


In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients except berries.
When mixed thoroughly, slowly fold in berries.
Spray muffin pan or use paper liners.
Fill 3/4 full.
Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until the tops are
firm and begin to brown.
