Ingredients

    1 bag of pre-shredded Asian-style coleslaw mix
    3 tbs lowfat mayonaise
    3 tbs reduced fat sour cream
    2 tbs of Splenda (or 4 packets)
    3 tbs of seasoned rice wine vinegar
    2 tsp salt
    pepper to taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients except coleslaw mix, stir. Add coleslaw and toss. Slaw should be coated but won't be in a heavy dressing. Water will extrude during chilling and make a creamier dressing. Chill in refrigerator for an hour before serving.
