Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    5 Sweet Potatoes
    3 Large Carrots, cut into chunks
    1 Large White Onion cut into wedges
    1 TBS Canola Oil
    1/4 c Half and Half
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 450
Toss carrots and onion with oil
Stick sweet potato with fork to vent
place all on cookie sheet and place in oven roast for 30 -45 minutes until all are cooked soft
Place veggies in food processor add cream, mix until all combined
add salt an pepper if like
Makes 6 servings
