    1 9" frozen pie crust Hannafords Brand (not deep dish)
    3/4 cup egg substitue
    2oz 2% finely shredded cheddar cheese
    1 jumbo egg
    14 grams of bacon bits
    1/4 cup skim milk
    1/2 tsp salt
    dash of pepper


Preheat oven to 450. Poke holes in pie crust and bake for 5 minutes. remove and turn oven down to 350. in a bowl mix all the ingredients together and pour into pie crust put in oven and bake for 35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool and ENJOY!!! Makes 8 servings.
