    1 cup TVP, dry
    1 cup chicken broth
    1 tps chili powder
    1 tsp ground cumin
    1 tsp minced garlic
    1 tsp ground oregano
    2 cups salsa
    1 (15-oz) can pinto beans, drained & rinsed
    2 cups cooked brown rice


Boil chicken broth. Mix broth with TVP to reconstitute. Mix in seasonings. Add salsa, beans and rice. Heat covered on high in microwave for 6 minutes, stirring halfway through. Makes 5 servings.
