    1 Morning Star Sausage (prepared as normal)
    1 Pancake mix prepared with egg beaters and extra virgin olive oil.
    1 T syrup (optional)
    Olive oil to fry the pancakes in
    1/2T smart balance butter to fry egg
    1/4 C egg beaters.


1) Fry Sausage per package directions.
2) Make Pancake Mix with 1/3 C mix, .2 C water, .08 C egg beaters and .33T of oil. Let Sit while griddle gets hot. (medium heat or 375-400 degrees).
3) Spray pan with nonstick zero calorie spray and fry two 4 " pancakes.
4) When pancakes are done top one with cheese and one sausage patty.
5) Cook using non stick cooking spray (zero calorie) 1/4 C egg beater do not scramble. Flip over and when done cooking fold in half and then in half again and place on top of sausage and place other pancake on top.
