    *Potato, raw, 6 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)
    Onions, raw, 1 small
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, .50 cup
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Paprika, 1 tbsp
    *Extra Light Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Parsley, 1 tbsp


chop potatoes into wedges and place in large oven safe baking dish, chop onions and parsely then add to potatoes, the add rest of ingredients and top with hands to coat potatoes then bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes until potatoes get fork tender.
