Number of Servings: 6


    3 lb Pork Roast
    6 Potatoes, halved
    8 Carrots, cut in pieces (or 16 oz bag of baby carrots)
    1/2 pkg Lipton Onion Soup Mix (OR 1 medium onion quartered)
    1 cup water


Prepare vegetables, put in crockpot in this order - carrots, then potatoes, then roast. Mix water and onion soup mix, pour over roast. Slow cook on low for about 10 hours.
