Introduction

This is a very refreshing meal that is very filling. You would never guess that this is vegetarian. This is a very refreshing meal that is very filling. You would never guess that this is vegetarian.

Ingredients

    1 Thin Crust Pizza Dough
    1 can Fat Free Refried Beans (16 oz)
    1 cups cheddar cheese

    Toppings:
    2 cups lettuce shredded
    2 tomatoes chopped
    1 small onion chopped
    1 cup Salsa (optional)

Directions

Prepare and roll out pizza dough. Pre-bake about 5-7 minutes according to directions. Spread Refried beans on the pizza crust and top with 1 cup of cheddar cheese. Back until crust is crisp on the bottom.
Let sit for about 5 minutes. Top with shredded lettuce, onions, tomatoes and cheese. Serve with salsa.
