    1 14-oz can white beans, drained and rinsed
    4 oz feta cheese
    7 oz plain nonfat yogurt
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1/4 c. fresh dill or 2 T. dried
    1/2 t. salt, or to taste
    1/4 t. black pepper, or to taste


Makes about 16 1/8-cup servings. Blend all together in food processor. Season with salt & pepper to taste.
