    2Lbs boneless/skinless chicken thighs

    1/2 cup Pace Picante Sauce

    1tbs Chili powder

    1 can chipotle chilis in adobo sauce (chopped up)

    4 garlic cloves sliced

    1/2 cup of water


place defrosted chicken in a crock pot cover with picante sauce, garlic, water, and chili powder.
dice the chipolte peppers and put in the crock pot. Add the remaining sauce from the can to the mix.
Cook for 8hrs on low or 4hrs on high.
Separate the liquid from the chicken and shred the chicken. Add the liquid to taste or reserve it for serving. (it is really hot!)
Use over rice with some low fat cheese and sour cream.
Use in a quasadilla.
Eat straigh up!
Lasts all week.
