Introduction

An easy dessert recipe for weeknights or anytime, uses up those ripe bananas. The recipe calls for it to be chilled, but my kids and DH gobbled this up immediately. The desserts are really big and you could also make them half as big to serve 8. A healthier version of a Southern Living recipe. Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 cups milk
    1 box fat free sugar free banana pudding
    32 reduced fat vanilla wafers
    4 large ripe bananas, sliced
    1/2 pt blueberries
    4 scoops fat free whipped topping



Directions

Arrange 4 broken up nilla wafers in a dessert dish; top with 1/2 banana sliced and handful of blueberries. Spoon 1/4 of pudding mixture evenly over fruit. Repeat with cookies and fruit. Cover and chill 4 hours.
Spread 2 tbs of cool whip evenly over chilled dessert. Serve immediately.
