    Canola Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Carrots, cooked, 1 cup slices (remove)
    Garlic, 2 tsp (remove)
    Onions, raw, 0.50 cup, chopped (remove)
    Potato, raw, 2 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) (remove)
    Beef chuck, arm pot roast, 16 oz (remove)
    Granulated Sugar, 1 tsp (remove)
    Flour, white, 0.06 cup (remove)
    Swanson Beef Broth !00% Fat Free 50% less sodium, 0.50 cup (remove)
    red gold stewed tomatoes, 1.75 cup (remove)
    Heintz Worcestershire sauce, 6 tsp (remove)


1. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Combine flour and pepper in shallow dish; coat meat with mixture. Place meat in skillet and brown all sides; transfer to 4-quart slow cooker. Add potatoes, carrots, onion and garlic.
2. Stir together broth, Worcestershire sauce, undrained tomatoes, tomato paste and sugar in medium bowl. Pour over meat and vegetables.
3. Cook on LOW 8 hours or HIGH 4 hours.
