    2 Cans chickpeas, rinsed and drained
    1 Tbsp olive oil
    1/4 C shredded parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp onion powder
    1 Tbsp garlic powder
    1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
    1/4 tsp dried basil
    1/4 tsp oregano


Rinse and pat chickpeas dry.

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix all ingredients but chickpeas in a bowl. Add peas and mix until covered well.

Spread onto a baking sheet sprayed with canola oil. Bake for 60 minutes turning every 15 minutes to ensure even baking. Last 15 minutes may want to lower the temp to ensure even baking and not burning the peas.
