    3 medium red potatoes, scrubbed and diced (do not peel)
    2 carrots, peeled and diced
    2 celery stalks, washed and diced
    1 small onion, diced
    2 chicken breasts, cooked and diced
    2 cups low sodium chicken broth
    3 tbsp corn starch
    1/4 cup milk


Place potatoes, carrots, onions, and celery in microwave safe covered dish with a couple tablespoons water. Cook on high for 6 minutes. Mix chicken and veggies. Thicken broth with 3 tbsp cornstarch dissolved in 1/4 cup milk. Stir in to chicken and veggies. Pour into prepared crust. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Crust calories not included here.
