Ingredients

1.5 lb lean ground beef, browned
1 can cream of mushroom soup
    8 c fresh spinach
    1 tbsp olive oil
    2.5 cans pizza dough

Directions

1. Saute spinach in olive oil until completely wilted.

2. Mix browned ground beef, cream of mushroom soup, and spinach in a bowl.

3. Roll the pizza dough out and cut into 15 equal rectangles. Each can should make 6 rectangles. You'll have 3 left over, if you used 3 cans. (There is another recipe in sparkrecipes from me that useus 1.5 cans for ham/cheese hot pockets - if you make a batch of those and a batch of these, you'll use a complete 4 cans of dough)

4. Top each rectangle with ground beef mixture. Fold and seal.

5. Bake at 425 for 15-20m, until browned.
