    * Avocados, Florida, 2 fruit without skin and seeds
    * Lime Juice, 1 fl oz
    * Salt, 0.25 tsp
    * Cilantro, raw, 4 tbsp
    * Onions, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped
    * *Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, 1 cup, chopped or sliced
    * Minced Garlic, 0.25 tsp
    * Hot Pepper Sauce, 0.25 tsp


In a medium bowl, mash the avocados with the lime juice and salt. Stir in the cilantro, onions, tomatoes, garlic and hot pepper sauce. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
