Ingredients

    1 can 98% ff cream of mushroom soup
    4 chicken breasts (thin sliced, trimmed of fat)
    1 bag (frozen) bird's eye asparagus stir fry
    3 cups of chicken broth
    1.5 cups uncooked brown rice
    1-2 cloves chopped/pressed garlic
    1/2 tsp salt

Directions

Combine soup, rice, stir fry mix and toss the chicken on top. Pour the chicken broth over the top. Sprinkle the garlic and salt over the chicken. Cook on low for 6 hours or until chicken is done.
