    5 Al Fresco Spicy Jalapeno Chicken Sausage, sliced
    2 Leeks, sliced and rinsed
    1 Yellow onions, raw
    2 Cloves garlic, minced (to taste)
    1 tsp Thyme
    2 cans white beans
    2 Carrots, sliced
    2 Tbls Better than Boullion Chicken Base
    8 cups water
    1 bunch Swiss Chard, stems removed, chopped


Saute sausage, remove from pan and set aside. In same pan, cook leeks and onion until softened. Add garlic and thyme, and cook another minute. Add beans, carrots, boullion and water to pot, bring to boil and cook for 20 minutes. Add sausage and chard, and continue cooking until chard is tender, 5 - 10 minutes.
