Ingredients

    5 oz bonesless skinless chicken breasts
    1/4 c. thinly sliced and cubed cucumber
    1/4 c. matchstick-cut carrots
    1/4 c. thinly sliced red pepper
    2 scallions
    2 garlic cloves (pressed)
    2 tbsp. hellmans light Mayo
    1 dash Worcester sauce
    1 dash salt
    1 dash pepper

Directions

Combine: Mayo, pressed galric, Worcester sauce, salt and pepper.

Using cooked and chilled chicken breast.
Cube chicken into bite sized pieces.

Add carrots, cucumber, red pepper and chicken to the Mayonnaise mixture.

Mix all ingredients and enjoy!
