    1 16 oz can crab meat
    5 tbsp Light Mayo
    1/2 cup onions, chopped
    3 oz Mozzarella cheese
    6 slices whole wheat bread


Combine crab meat, mayo, onions, and spices of your choice in medium bowl. Toast bread, then top with crab mixture and 1/2 oz of cheese. Place in your oven at 350 for about 5-7 minutes, until cheese is melted. Makes 6 open faced melts.
