Introduction

This is a take off the diet coke cake. It is moist and the smell is only beaten out by the taste. This is a take off the diet coke cake. It is moist and the smell is only beaten out by the taste.
Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    1 box of White cake mix, dry
    10-12 oz. of diet sunkist orange soda
    1/2 cup cranberries

Directions

In a large bowl, empty entire cake mix and then pour soda over mix. Stir till thoroughly mixed. Gently fold in the cranberries. Line muffin pans with liners, or spray with nonstick cooking spray.
Fill 2/3 full. Bake 20-22 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
For weight watchers these are 2 points per cupcake.
