Ingredients

    Canned, diced tomatoes (4.5 C)
    Canned artichoke hearts
    Reduced sodium chicken broth (4 C)
    8 oz. Owen's Italian Sausage (cooked & crumbled)

Directions

Cook & drain sausage, add remaining ingredients and simmer for 20-30 minutes. Better if cooked a day ahead of time and warmed up.
