    Fat Free Cool Whip
    Fat Free Sugar Free Jello Pudding mix
    Frozen cherries (or other fruit of choice)


Prepare pudding according to directions
Fold in cool whip
Stir in cherries
Pour into 24 foil cup cake cups
Freeze until slightly hardened

They will keep for a few days covered in the freezer, but may need to be thawed a bit before indulging.
