    White wine
    Tilipia or cod fish
    Mixed veggies ie: broccol,i carrots and pea pods

Directions

Take tin foil tear out 6 inches, Put 3 oz fish and equal amount of veggies on foil, seasoning is optional. Pour 1/8 to 1/4 cup of desired white wine on and tear another foil off and cover to make a pouch.Oven at 375 degreesfor 15 to 20 min
