Introduction
I make this for my husband and myself and we eat on it for a couple of days. It is our favortie dish and I created it myself. Ingredients

1lb. Sargento Mozzarella
2 cans Hunt's Garlic & Herb tomato sauce
1 large can Hunt's tomato paste
6 Boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 bottle Sweet Baby Ray's Honey BBQ sauce (or favorite bbq sauce)
About 4cups of Cheese tortellini
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Farenheight
Boil 4 cups of Cheese Tortellini until tender; Drain.
While Tortellini is cooking, Slow-Cook Chicken breasts in skillet with BBQ sauce on both sides on medium-high heat.
Pour 2 cans of Hunt's garlic and herb tomato sauce in a sauce pan. Mix in tomato paste, 12 oz mozzarella, and desired herbs and spices. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and continue stirring to prevent burning sauce.
Using a 4.8qt or 4.5 liter casserole dish, place tortellini in bottom. Pour sauce over tortellini. Place Chicken breasts on top of pasta and sauce. Pour 1 tbsp. of BBQ sauce on top of each Breast and put remaining mozzarella on top of breast. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
*Note- There will be left over pasta. Each person should get about a 1/2 cup of tortellini.
Makes 6 servings with Chicken breasts and 1/2 cup of tortellini
Will have about 1 cup or so left over with pasta.
