This smoothie is the perfect wake me up. This smoothie is the perfect wake me up.
Number of Servings: 2


    * Milk, 1%, 1 cup (remove)
    * Yogurt, plain, low fat, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    * Banana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) (remove)
    * Strawberries, fresh, 1 cup, halves (remove)
    * Honey, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * 3 large or 4 small cubes (omit if using frozen fruit), 1 serving (remove)


1. Place 3 large or 4 small ice cubes into a blender or a smoothie machine.
2. Cut up 1 ripe banana into thick slices and pile it on top of the ice.
3. Next, add 1 cup of fresh or frozen strawberries cut in half
4. Next, add 1 cup of vanilla, banana or strawberry low-fat yogurt
5. Then, pour on 1 cup low-fat milk
6. Finally, add 1 tbsp. Honey

Blend in the blender or a smoothie machine until completely mixed (high speed: about 30 seconds). Serve immedietly for the best quality. You may freeze it for an on the go pick me up as well. This serves two people.
