Introduction

The Sodium is a little high, and I would cut down on the amt of alfredo sauce the next time I make it cause it was a little too saucy. Overall I think this is a very tasty way to make a really quick meal for 2 people (it took .5 hr to make) The Sodium is a little high, and I would cut down on the amt of alfredo sauce the next time I make it cause it was a little too saucy. Ingredients

1 Pkg (37g) Knorr Alfredo Sauce mix
    1.5 c milk
1 tbsp butter (may use margarine)
4 oz bonless skinless chicken thigh
2 cups of fresh baby spinach
2 cups of whole wheat egg noodles

Directions

Make Knorr alfredo sauce according to pkg directions-1.5 c milk with 1 tbs butter or margarine, bring to a boil over med heat, stirring often. When boiling, add mix and continue to simmer and stir occasionally for min.

While the sauce is simmering, Boil water for egg noodles and cut up chicken (remove bone and skin and cube)

With 1 min left of cooking time on the sauce, add 2 cups of the fresh spinach directly to the alfredo sauce, stir and turn off burner when time is done, let stand.

Add 2 cups of egg noodles to the boiling water, cook for 5 min for al dente. in a frying pan cook the chicken throughly (I use about .5 of an inch of water in bottom of pan so I don't worry about adding oil, or burning the chicken-not sure if that is correct procedure but that's the way I do it lol)

Once chicken is cooked throughly, and egg noodles are ready, drain water and add all ingredients to the largest pan, Stir together and enjoy.

This recipe makes 2 servings (approx 1.5 cups of food) for each Person, I hope everyone enjoys.
