    1 lb Turkey breast, cooked and chopped
    2 cups chicken broth
    1 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1 - 10oz package frozen mixed vegetables
    2 cups mashed potatoes
    1 pie crust, 9" - Pillsbury
    water and cornstarch
    1/4 cup shredded Swiss cheese


Cook pie crust for 8 minutes or until golden.

Saute turkey in a pan over medium heat. Once browned, add chicken broth, Salt and pepper to taste. In a small bowl combine some cornstarch and cold water. Pour over turkey and allow to thicken. Add mixed vegetables.

Once crust is done, add the turkey mixture. Top with mashed potatoes and cheese.

Place in the oven for 15 minutes.
