Ingredients

    1 can FF low sodium chicken broth
    1/4 c. cornstarch
    dash pepper
    1/2 t. dried parsely
    up to 1/2 c. water
    garlic and/or onion powder to taste

Directions

Mix cornstarch and water to a thick but not paste constistency-still needs to be able to pour. Heat chicken broth in a pan and add spices, bring to a boil. Slowly add cornstarch mix, stirring constantly until thickened. Remove from heat immediately.
Approximately 8 1/4c. servings.
