    2 cups Bisquick mix
    3/4 cup oats
    2/3 cup Splenda
    1/4 cup milk
    2 eggs or egg substitute
    1 cup fresh or frozen (thawed and drained) blueberries

    cinnamon - optional
    nuts - optional


Heat oven to 350. Grease bottom of loaf pan 9 x 5 x 3.

Stir Bisquick, oats, splenda, bananas, milk and eggs in large bowl until moistened. B eat vigorously 30 seconds. Gently stir in blueberries. Pour into pan,

Bake 45 to 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 1 minutes. Loosen loaf from sides, remove from pan and place on wire rack. Cool completely, about 2 hours, before slicing.
