Ingredients

    1 large seedless oranges
    2 Royal Gala apples
    6oz low-fat peach yogurt
    1 tablespoon of plain cinnamon powder

Directions

To make this healthy smoothie recipe peel the orange leaving the white skin then slice the apples (leave the peel on but remove core). Put all ingredients into your blender and put the dash of cinnamon on top. Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
