Ingredients

    .75-1lb of ground turkey
    1 egg
    1 tbs of garlic powder
    2 lbs of dried onion flakes
    .25 cups of Parmesan cheese
    splash of milk

Directions

Makes 5 meatballs
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
Form into balls and brown in a pan. Simmer meatballs in a pot of sauce for 2+ hours
